Serial Number Look Up Tool

Find the exact replacement parts for Rheem equipment manufactured from 2019 to the present. View inventory, warehouse location, pricing, freight estimates, and save items for export

How it Works:

1. Sign in to your RapidSpec/MyRheem account
2. Enter the serial number in the top-right search bar (or a known part number)
3. Find the model/part
4. Click orange part numbers for details
5. Review list price,  inventory, and shipping; click Estimate Shipping for RPD details
6. Add to Saved Products and export to Excel

Tip: Orange part numbers indicate items shipped from RPD; black indicates HTPG. What You Can Do:

• Find replacement parts for equipment manufactured from 2019 to the present.
• See inventory levels, warehouse locations, list price, and freight estimates for parts shipped from RPD.
• Add parts to a Saved Products list and export the list to Excel for quick quoting and sharing.
